Frequently asked questions

What does the corporate trustee company cost?
ASIC charges a $636 government fee to register a company. That fee is set by ASIC and is paid to ASIC at cost, on top of our professional setup fee. You can also register a company yourself directly with ASIC.
Why choose a corporate trustee?
A company trustee simplifies member changes, keeps fund assets clearly separated, and is generally preferred where there is a single member or borrowing.
Can I change to a corporate trustee later?
Yes, but assets must be re-registered in the company's name, so setting up with a corporate trustee from the start is usually cheaper.
