We collect personal information necessary to provide SMSF establishment, administration, accounting, tax and audit services, including: full name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, Tax File Number, identification documents, member balances and fund-related financial information.

We collect information directly from you via our setup application, client portal, email and phone, and from third parties such as the ATO, ASIC, your superannuation fund, employer, broker or financial institution where authorised.

Communicating with you about your fund
Meeting our legal, regulatory and professional obligations

4. Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information to the ATO, ASIC, your appointed SMSF auditor, banks, brokers, insurers and software providers we use to deliver our services. We do not sell your information.

5. Storage and security

Your information is stored securely on Australian and equivalent-jurisdiction cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.

6. Access and correction

You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@easysmsf.com.au.

7. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the APPs, please contact us first. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
